Building Surveying and Due Diligence
Acting as a dedicated consultant or within a team, we carry out an initial visual non-destructive inspection and review of data room highlighting main areas of risk and potential defects. An initial findings or red flag report will be prepared covering environmental history, administrative procedures, maintenance records, insurance claim records, and major capital expenditure requirements.
Thereafter, and with the assistance of external consultants, we will review the building condition and carry out a detailed visual non-destructive inspection. We will give a full review of the data room and meet with the Building’s Technical Maintenance Team, review the available documentation, organise a Stage 1 Environmental Risk Assessment, and provide cost estimates for necessary repairs over the next 10 years.
